Hi, I’m Gina Judge, the owner and founder of The Millennial Money Guide, a financial literacy company inspiring women to take control of their finances. After I commenced a career in finance, I realized millions of people were struggling just as I once was. At 18, I moved out and made a handful of money mistakes: I racked up credit card debt, depleted my savings, and was stuck in a rat race of living paycheck to paycheck.

I've worked in the finance industry for 6+ years. I have an in-depth background in mortgages, investing, debt reduction, building credit, business financials and personal finance. Before entering the world of finance, I worked in training and development in the restaurant industry and this is where I discovered my love for coaching!
While working for a financial institution, Coast Capital Savings, I won two awards for Sales Excellence and Living Coast Capital’s Purpose. In 2019, I was nominated for the WXN Emerging Leader Award, a national award that recognizes 100 of Canada’s most powerful women.

Gina really shows that she cares about the financial well-being of her clients by making sure they are informed and feel good about what is being discussed. I was really scared about going to someone to help me with my debt repayment and Gina was extremely kind and non- judgmental. She provides a lot of support at a low cost and continues to help after the consultation. I'm happy I went to her for my financial needs.
I approached Gina last month because I was losing sleep over my credit card debt. My finances were all over the place, my credit score was horrible, and I was in between work because of Covid. She sat down with me & simplified a plan to get back on track. As of today, my credit cards have no balances, with her advice I was approved for a $30,000 debt consolidation loan and my credit score is improving. She checks in on me frequently to this day, thank you Gina.
It was my lucky day when my Financial Planner introduced me to Gina for my financial coaching needs. She is extremely well spoken and versed in her field, and makes budgeting a simple and straight forward task for anyone willing to put the work in. She is sure to ask a wide variety of questions so she has a full over view of your financial situation before making recommendations and is willing to have the tough conversations where they need to be had. I can't wait to move forward in my goals with Gina as an integral part of my advisory team.
When I contacted you regarding my financials, I was very nervous/ anxious. The first minute into my first consult with you, I felt a sense of relief and I knew I made the right decision by contacting you. You made the effort to understand me, the reasons behind my financial struggles, and the areas that need improvement and extra attention. I am looking forward to our monthly consults until I reach my goals to leading a healthier financial lifestyle. Thank you for making the process so easy!
Coming across Gina's page and podcast was the best thing I've ever done. I started off by keeping up with her Instagram and then her podcasts. I finally reached out to Gina because of my debt and credit score. She went over my spending and came up with a budget to hold me accountable to where I'm spending. It's been a week since I had my initial consult and I have already paid off one of my credit cards. We now have an action plan that I'm looking forward to following with Gina's help. Thank you Gina!
